Retention Of Talents: What Makes The People Remain In The Matvsul Company

This article aims to demonstrate the relationship between the current competitive environment in which companies are inserted and their understanding of talent retention, as well as the reasons why people develop and remain in companies. To do so, we use authoritative authors, through a bibliographic reference, to analyze the fundamental aspects for the permanence of talent in companies, considering the role of managers in the identification of these in organizations. Subsequently, the descriptive research and quantitative analysis is used in the search for understanding the retention of talents in the organization MATVSUL Porto Alegre.
